Tradition is the soul of a territory. It is culture in the general sense of the word, which has developed over the centuries and characterises and distinguishes a people.
Each territory has numerous traditions, some of which are linked to aspects of daily life, others to aspects of work and economics, others linked to religion and faith, and still more to moments of festivity and entertainment.
