This is the final stage of the High Route, which enables you to return to your starting point. From the gentle hollow of Prabello, we walk along the beautiful mule track that leads to Acquanera with its extensive peat bogs. The path now runs high up along the base of the ridge of Mount Acquanera-Mount Cavaglia-Mount Palino, winding up and down first to Cavaglia and then descending to the ski resort of Piazzo Cavalli. From Piazzo Cavalli you can rapidly descend Caspoggio by skilift and take public trasport once again to Torre di Santa Maria. Or you can choose to walk down to Torre via Dagua.
