This is the first stage which brings us to the foot of the Disgrazia group of mountains. The path rises up the Val Torreggio as far as the Cometti refuge hut, where you can spend the night if you wish to split the stage in two. The highest point of the path ends at the peak of Sasso Bianco at 2,490 m, where you get a 360 degree panoramic view from the Adamello Group to Monte Rosa, from the Orobie of Valtella to Disgrazia and as far as Bernina.
